GET 
/api/v1/admin/slack-config

Get notification configuration.

Returns current settings for provider selection, all notification toggles and thresholds. Never exposes the actual webhook URL (only indicates if it's configured). Supports multiple providers: Slack, MS Teams, Generic Webhook.
