Get Dashboard Stats Timeline

/api/v1/devices/dashboard-stats/timeline

Get time-bucketed KPI counts for sparkline rendering and delta indicators.

Returns hourly-bucketed counts (today), 6-hour buckets (7d), or daily buckets (30d) for live, offline/stale, and in-geofence metrics, plus previous-period comparison values.
