Create Issue Report
POST/api/v1/account/issue-reports
Create a private in-app issue report.
Reports are scoped to the authenticated user's active workspace, scrubbed server-side as defense in depth, persisted privately, and forwarded to SpatialFlow support by email. Email delivery failures are recorded on the report but do not block the user from receiving a reference ID.
