Apple Token Exchange

Exchange an Apple identity token (from mobile SDK) for a SpatialFlow JWT.

When both invite_id and invite_token are provided, the request takes the shared explicit-invite branch (mobile_invite_exchange), which enforces the strict email match against the targeted Invitation before any User mutation and consumes the invitation on success. Without it an Apple-only invitee signed in but never joined the workspace.
